A: You have 15 days to claim your prize. If the prize is not claimed within this period, we will proceed to a new drawing to select a new winner.

 

TERMS:

Article 1: Organization
The company ER Soulier, headquartered at 17 bis rue jacques archambault 17139 Dompierre sur mer, is organizing a free and no purchase necessary contest entitled « The last sneaker before the Apocalypse », from 10/06/2024 to 20/06/2024.

Article 2: Participation Conditions
The contest is open to any adult residing in mainland France. Employees of the organizing company and its partners are not eligible to participate.

Participation in the contest is free and without any obligation to purchase. To be eligible for the drawing, participants must register for the organizing company's preorder page: https://www.ersoulier.com/pages/apocalypse and follow their Instagram account @ersoulier.

Article 3: Contest Details
The contest consists of giving away a unique pair of sneakers, hand-painted and signed by Eugène Riconneaus. The total value of the sneakers is €359.

The drawing will take place on 21/06, among the participants who have fulfilled the participation conditions. The winner's name will be announced on the organizing company's Instagram account within 3 days following the drawing.

The winner will be contacted by email to confirm their delivery address. The pair of sneakers will be sent free of charge to the address provided by the winner within 15 days following the production of this edition scheduled starting from December 2024.

The organizing company reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest in the event of force majeure or if unforeseen circumstances require it.

Article 4: Personal Data
The personal data collected as part of the contest are intended for the organizing company for the management of the contest and will not be used for other purposes. Participants have a right of access, rectification, and deletion of their data.

Article 5: Liability
The organizing company cannot be held responsible in case of Internet network malfunction, technical failure, service interruption, or any other technical problem related to participation in the contest.

Article 6: Disputes
This regulation is subject to French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of the regulation will be submitted to the competent courts.
